💛 If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

 

Please email within 7 days of receipt with a quick photo.

I'll happily replace it or refund it - whichever makes sense based on availability.

 

🌙 Because pieces are handmade…

 

I generally do not accept returns for:

 

- change of heart

 

- small variations in glaze, color, shape, or size

 

- pieces damaged after arrival

 

- custom or made-to-order items

 

Each piece has tiny differences that reflect the slow, handmade process :)

 

📦 Shipping costs on returns

 

If the issue is on my end, I cover it.

If the return is for another reason, the customer covers shipping.
